Alexi Kharkov is the president of Russia and a character in World War 3: Sinister Operations. In the novel, he is a man who has the sole goal of eliminating Islam. He also attempts to make peace with radical Muslims, although he secretly harbors a grudge against Muhammad's Army, much like Lev Raskov, because of the fact that his grandparents were killed during the Soviet War in Afghanistan.
World War 3: Sinister OperationsEdit
In WW3: Sinister Operations, Alexi attempts to negotiate with Muhammad's Army, which were accomplices during the Angolan Hostage Crisis. But after the radicals refuse and then threaten to kill the hostages in Angola, he responds by sending an invasion force of Russian Airborne Troops.
In Act II, he is kidnapped by Trevor Stark, leader of a branch of Anarchists called the National Imperialist Army. He is then interrogated about the knowledge of unmanned aerial vehicle codes, which Stark plans to use to wage a war against the United States and the rest of the world. However, he is rescued by Vulture Force, frustrating Stark's plan.
- He is the first foreign president in the novel.
- He also is the first Russian leader in the novel.
- He seems to abhor Muhammad's Army greatly, as he frequently breathes out murderous threats against the terrorist group after he is rescued by The Force.
- He also despises Osama bin-Laden and, according to the novel, is glad he's dead.
