Emily Smart is the oldest daughter of Doctor Bob Smart and a character in World War 3: The Series. In the novel, she is hunted by the Federation for posting anti-government propoganda material on the Internet.
World War 3: The Hit on The InnocentEdit
She is introduced to Federation leader Lydia Young via text message. Later, she is seen on the run from Feds in Hamburg, Germany. Coincindentally, Olivia Coonz is also there to rescue Alyssah Diez, who is a wanted target by the Federation. As a direct result, the two cross paths during a gunfight and after killing several Feds, they confront each other over their trustworthiness before Emily flees after hearing Federation reinforcements arrive. A rivalry exists between the two because the two feel like they are unable to trust each other.
However, this "rivalry" disappears throughout the course of the novel. After their first encounter, the two eventually are able to trust each other completely and later team up, fighting the Feds together.
- She is the third person to sign her text messages with her initials.
