The Red Hand is a criminal gang and a terrorist group featured in World War 3: The Series. They are the ones responsible for kidnapping Adrianne McNamara, daughter of the US President Josh McNamara and Gamila Yousef, the daughter of the Egyptian President and Adrianne's best friend.
Unlike most crime gangs, the Red Hand is well-armed (mostly from illegal firearms smuggling) and sometimes use attack dogs. In battle, they're deceptively formidable technicians and frequently use ambush tactics on their enemies.
